Easiware: a shift towards social CRM

Launched in 2008, Easiware is a French company specializing in the publishing of CRM solutions, and mainly targets marketing, sales forces and customer services.

Last year, the company initiated a shift towards social CRM, and incorporates tools and levers from social networks into its solutions.

Easiware is now seeking to differentiate itself on its ability to aggregate information and provide it in an intelligent and educational way: press reviews, visit statistics, import of accounts and contacts, etc.

Easiware generated 1.3 million sales in 2011 with a portfolio of 80 customers, and is targeting € 2 million in 2012.
