DDrone Invest, a subsidiary of Delta Drone, has entered into an agreement with Donecle to increase the capital of the Toulouse start-up to the tune of 1 million euros. On this occasion, DDrone Invest becomes a shareholder of Donecle alongside the four founders. Founded in 2015 by Yann Bruner, Matthieu Claybrough, Josselin Becquet and Alban Deruaz-Pepin, Donecle is developing a control “swarm of drones” for airplanes.
With its autonomous drones, the Toulouse-based company promises twenty times faster inspection and intelligent recognition of aircraft faults. DDrone Invest’s investment should enable Donecle to broaden its field of action on an international scale.

In France, the number of catering orders that were made by telephone, via the Internet, or even through a mobile application increased by 70% between 2009 and 2016, according to a recent study carried out by the NPD Group firm.
