The Cartegie group has just bought the Bordeaux digital marketing agency Yellow. The amount of the transaction is not known. The latter has developed an offer primarily focused on web branding, marketing and digital communication consulting, and website and mobile creation. It thus offers the development of Web and extranet applications or solutions to increase qualified traffic. She also assists companies in their e-commerce strategy or in their presence on social networks.
“Joining the Cartegie group will allow us to accelerate the Yellow adventure and jointly develop complementarity around digital and data marketing. This acquisition will thus give rise to offers that take the best of both structures, ”says David Dupont, director of the Yellow agency.
Strengthen in Big data

Thanks to the resulting synergies, the acquisition of the Yellow agency will allow us to strengthen our digital offer in which consulting and data will now converge to offer our clients a unique collaborative approach, particularly in the very promising mobile market ” explains Régis Barbier, President of the Cartegie Group.
With this acquisition, the workforce of Yellow should join those of the Cartegie group which claims to bring together 60 experts in Big data for a turnover of 15 million euros.
