It is a double buyout that cost $ 359 million. Amobee, a mobile advertising platform, a subsidiary of Singapore Telecomunications (SingTel) since 2012, has just disbursed 209 million dollars for Adconion, an agency specializing in targeted advertising, based on user data, and multiscreen. In 2008, the company had raised 80 million euros, mainly from Index Ventures and Wellington Partners.

The remaining 150 million were used to acquire Kontera, which specializes in real-time analysis and measurement of content on mobile and social networks. In 2013, she raised $ 15.5 million from Carmel Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Tenaya Capital. Its activity focuses on the study of trends on social media, to propose solutions of social marketing.

Amobee is positioned in digital and mobile advertising, and has developed interactive 3D display solutions on Android and iOS. SingTel is not its first takeover in the digital advertising sector. Last year, he bought Gradient X, a real-time mobile advertising company, for more than $ 320 million. In 2012, the Singaporean telephone operator got its hands on AdJitsu, a 3D mobile advertising company, via Amobee, and $ 321 million for the latter.
