Eudonet, a French CRM specialist, has acquired Actedev, which is developing management software dedicated to players in the region’s economic development. Based in Saint-Malo, Actedev was founded in 2007 by Philippe Lefort and works with around a hundred structures.
With this takeover, Eudonet wishes to strengthen its position with local authorities. “This acquisition increases our leadership position and contributes to our strategy of becoming a European leader in CRM in our preferred markets. We will now be able to accelerate our growth in France thanks to our common teams», Explained Antoine Henry, president.
Both companies will work together to develop the next version of their product based on Eudonet’s cloud platform. Note that the company changed owners in 2017, when its three founders, Christophe Morizot, Bertrand de La Villegorges and Guillaume Bouillot, sold it to the Quilvest Private Equity fund, accompanied in this round of funding by Antoine Henry who was then became president of the company.
Since then, it has continued to expand, particularly internationally with a presence in Switzerland, Belgium and Canada. It has also recently launched in the UK. It claims more than 1,000 customers.
