The operator Cirque France has announced a fundraising of 800,000 euros from its historic Danish investor, Weco group, and new French entrants: PHR Consulting and Davai Investment. Created in 1999, Cirque, the parent company of Cirque France, offers a SaaS cloud telecommunication solution (Ucass) for European SMEs and mid-caps.

In France, Cirque France claims a fleet of more than 150 customers, including the companies Néos SDI and Leasecom. The company is positioned as a technical and commercial partner in a B to B cloud telephony market and must face competition from incumbent operators (Bouygues, SFR, Orange) and start-ups such as AlloCloud, SipleoCloud or Futur.

This fundraising will allow the development of its French subsidiary, launched in 2009. Directed by Christian Normann (born in 1972), Cirque France currently employs 7 people in France, out of 80 in the world, mainly in Denmark, in Copenhagen where the headquarters of the company is based. To strengthen, the company intends to recruit around ten employees in the next six months to develop its indirect sales relays. The rest of the fundraising will be devoted to marketing.

In addition to the capital increase carried out, Cirque France announced the appointment of its advisory board: Kristoffer Basse (Cirque Holding), Stig Boegh Karlsen (Noka Holding), Nikolaj Kornum (Cirque Holding), Thierry Martin (Davai Investment), Philippe Reulet (PHR Consultant).
