A few days ago, La Tribune had already reported that Dassault Systèmes was once again threatening to leave the project called Andromède. In fact, the group considered that the € 135 million in funding dedicated to the project called Andromède should only be allocated to one file: either to the Dassault Systèmes / SFR couple or to the couple formed by Orange and Thalès. Dassault Systèmes therefore threatened to withdraw from the project in the event that this financing provided by the Grand Loan benefited both cases.
It is therefore now done. Indeed, as the daily reports, “Bernard Charlès, the boss of Dassault Systèmes, wrote to René Ricol, the general commissioner for investment, to tell him that he was definitely withdrawing from Andromède”
Finding itself alone, SFR must therefore look for a new partner if it wants to maintain its candidacy. For its part, the tendem composed of Orange and Thalès should receive a favorable opinion for its financing.
