The acquisition of Jaspersoft accelerates this strategy because it brings a subscription price approach for its products with a set of open source offers ”explains Murray Rode, Director of Operations at Tibco.

Founded in 2001 in San Francisco, Jaspersoft develops decision support solutions based on data generated by companies. From these, it offers visualization, report and analysis tools.
