Are the management of large French groups ready to implement the HR revolution? Orange, TF1 … some are beginning to understand the profound issues linked to digitization and its impact on human resources. It is to position itself on the subject that Cegid, a specialist in management software and cloud services, organized its first conference called “Cegid HR Connections” which took place on June 9 at the Mutualité in Paris. In this context, the group wants to play a role of evangelizer in its own market, all the more legitimate since the group has just acquired the Canadian publisher Technomedia, specializing in talent management.
For this premiere, more than 500 people came to hear about good practices within the TF1 group, but also to discover the solutions of the start-ups that revolve around Cegid. The afternoon gave rise to thirteen workshops addressing “dematerialization, HR data security, the interoperability of solutions with Core HR, the transformation of training and recruitment management professions, the digitization of of sales and the future of payslip… ”
After CRM, CEGID’s new concept is “people relationship management”, Where individual competence is placed at the center of every product or service. The two Cegid managers readily admit that the HR revolution in France has, it is true, not yet reached cruising speed. Cegid therefore has a place to play in the role of the locomotive.
