The bills for mobile plans sometimes have unpleasant surprises. While the Internet connection times via the telephone are exploding, browsing is sometimes limited on the volume of data received depending on the operator’s offer. And if it is exceeded, it is the customer’s wallet that toasts. Neopard allows you to manage applications one by one to optimize its data flow consumption. Objectives: prevent overtaking and lengthen navigation time.

The mobile application, developed by the start-up Exalinks based in Sophia Antipolis, offers to compress all the mobile data flow generated in 2G / 3G / 4G connection. The start-up intends to differentiate itself from its competitors thanks to this innovation. Because it is not the only one to want to take over this use, like My Data Manager or from Data Counter.

For those who do not cut the connection to mobile data abroad, the application offers to monitor and control this consumption. The start-up, supported by the Telecom Paris Tech incubator, claims 2,000 downloads and more than 300 active users.
