The start-up allows e-merchants to reduce their costs

The British start-up Rangespan, specialized in e-commerce, has just been acquired by Google. The company develops dedicated solutions for e-merchants to help them manage their departments, orders, suppliers and determine which products have the highest probability of being sold at a certain time.

For it, Rangespan is based on Big data by monitoring millions of products to automate all these processes and reduce costs at a time when e-merchants are finding it increasingly difficult to face the competition … from Amazon.

“As part of this change, we will gradually reduce Rangespan’s services. We have already started working individually with each of our retailers and suppliers on this process ”explains Rangespan on its website.
