The Rennes-based equipment manufacturer Innes, specializing in the dynamic display market in the audiovisual sector, has just raised € 1m from Sodero Gestion (a subsidiary of Caisse d’Epargne) and the venture capital company 3T Capital .

This fundraising should allow the French to fuel its investments in R&D and its international expansion. It follows two years of growth for the company founded in 2005 by Olivier David and Franck Dupin, which doubled its turnover compared to 2010.

Innes designs and markets software dedicated to “rich media”, namely Digital Signage, corporate WebTV and IPTV. The company produces, among other things, the Playzilla player, capable of reading MS-Powerpoint without conversion, Adobe Flash, Pdfs, HTML5 web pages, videos and sound, but also solutions for the distribution of multimedia content or material.
