Easyblue, an insurance brokerage startup, raises 1.6 million euros from historical investors in particular, with the participation of business angels. This is the second round of funding from the Parisian startup which raised 400,000 euros in 2018.
Launched in 2018 by François-Xavier Combe and Thierry Meresse, Easyblue is a platform for entrepreneurs and freelancers, especially when they have small structures. The fully digital platform offers insurance offers that are profitable for small businesses.
Easyblue identifies risks on a case-by-case basis to establish a diagnosis and propose an offer adapted to the activity and the size of the company, as well as advice. The platform allows users to develop their insurance policy independently and has also recently offered a cyber insurance offer to deal with the increase in cyber attacks that accompany the democratization of teleworking.
The Parisian startup works with insurers like Axa and Hiscox and now aims to expand its range of insurance offers and strengthen its teams. In the sector of digital insurance brokers, we find the startup + Simple, which has designed a 100% digital insurance underwriting and management platform. The startup, also specializing in small businesses, raised 10 million euros in 2018.
