Gaumont Pathé has just added a new augmented reality feature to its mobile application. Available for free on Google Play and the App Store, the application now allows mobile users to aim at the poster of a film with their smartphone and see, in augmented reality, the time of the next screening of the nearest cinema, the key information of the film and the links to the direct reservation of their e -ticket and trailer.
Orange and UEFA launch the official app for Euro 2012
Developed by Orange on behalf of UEFA, the mobile application dedicated to Euro 2012 is now available. Present on 8 mobile platforms and available in 11 languages, the application provides access to a range of services ranging from the latest information on the championship, to video interviews. Free, the application also offers geolocation services to allow supporters to find each other and know where matches are broadcast.
6.5M users for the Viddy app
Often described as the Instagram of video, Viddy mobile app seems to know a real craze. Still little known in France, the application has already attracted a total of more than 6.5M mobile users.
