Located in the premises of Paris Innovation Masséna in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, this new structure will host the selected startups from next March.
Collaborative, local services, assistance to travel, interactive entertainment solutions…. The objective is to bring out offers, web, mobile and innovative, intended to facilitate the daily life of citizens in urban areas.
To try to take part in this new initiative, aspirants have until January 31 to submit their application. To participate, startups must have been in existence for less than 5 years and work in the sector of connected urban services.
This new project should enable JCDecaux to strengthen its links with startups and thus detect innovative technologies. As such, the group undertakes to offer mentors to selected companies to support them and to lead dedicated training workshops.
This new structure is in addition to the 8 incubators already developed by Paris Incubateurs. Set up about ten years ago, he is at the head of a network of nearly 350 startups. The system claims more than 4,000 jobs created on December 31, 2011, a cumulative turnover of € 383 million on the same date and an 80% success rate for projects resulting from its structures.
