Akio Software, a publisher of customer engagement management software, has just acquired Spotter, a company that offers a multilingual tool for monitoring the Web and social media for decision support. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

10 million euros in turnover in 2014

With this new acquisition, Akio wants to enter the Top 100 of French software publishers with an expected turnover of 10 million euros for 2014 and around a hundred employees. In 2012, the company acquired AppLine, Dialonics and Jeemeo (CRM).
