Adobe has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the company TubeMogul, specializing in video advertising. The transaction amount is $ 540 million. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Adobe’s fiscal year 2017.
Founded in 2006 by John Hughes and Brett Wilson, TubeMogul develops a platform that allows brands and agencies to plan, buy, measure and optimize their advertising campaigns. Twitter announced the launch of three new features for users of Periscope on web and mobile (Android and iOS).
