AD4Screen finalizes a second round of more than 4 million euros
One year after its launch, the Ad4screen group, a specialist in performance-based mobile marketing, has just completed a second round of funding in the amount of $ 6 million (€ 4.4 million) with Backbone Capital as well as personalities from the web world (the founders of Business Interactive, WCube, Betclic or even Horyzon Media), experienced financiers and entrepreneurs such as Charles Beigbeder, François Dubrule or Philippe Leoni as well as a large French insurer.
AD4Screen offers turnkey solutions to help advertisers, publishers and developers improve the performance of their acquisition, loyalty and mobile monetization actions. The company, made up of around thirty employees, invests in proprietary technologies. Among its clients: the Spir Communications group, IDTGV, Action contre la Faim, Suisse Tourisme, BNP Paribas, etc.
This new fundraising aims to accelerate organic growth and the deployment of Ad4Screen technological solutions. It will also allow to carry out new external growth operations, like the first one made with BeMyApp.
The ambition of the managers is to form a leading group in Europe in the mobile marketing professions. AD4Screen targets a turnover of € 30 million (excluding external growth and international development), for normative profitability of 20% by 2015.
Founded by Jerome Stioui, Patrick Mareuil, Philippe Leclercq and Nicolas Klain, Ad4Screen is a group specializing in the fields of marketing & mobile advertising. The group has more than 70 customers and has generated more than 2,500,000 downloads and leads on behalf of brands, on both iOS and Android.
