The venture capital company Mithril Capital Management, launched in 2012 by Peter Thiel, co-founder of PayPal and Donald Trump’s sole supporter in Silicon Valley, and Ajay Royan (opposite), completed a funding round of $ 850 million for its second fund. Mithril took an unusual approach in that the company asks investors to pay the management fee over 12 years, instead of 10 for traditional venture capital funds.
