The start-up You2You, which is developing a collaborative delivery platform between individuals, has completed a funding round of 600,000 euros. Via ID and private investors took part in the operation. For now, the service is available in Île-de-France, Lille, Bordeaux, Lyon and Toulouse.
Founded in September 2015, You2You designed a platform to allow traders to delegate the delivery service to individuals. The start-up’s system is based on a community of amateur delivery men who offer to pool their daily journeys to ensure deliveries of all types of products (meals, computers, clothes, etc.) in exchange for financial compensation. The service, operational 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, guarantees delivery within 1.5 hours.
You2You estimates that its platform makes it possible to offer a delivery 40% to 60% cheaper compared to market prices. To date, the company claims 19,000 users registered on its platform and 13,000 packages delivered in 2016. With this investment, You2You plans to accelerate its deployment on a European scale. The start-up will therefore launch its service in Belgium and Spain in 2017. This expansion will be accompanied by a doubling of the company’s workforce.

Seventure Partners just invested in the German company IDnow, specializing in identification and electronic signature solutions. The Natixis Global Asset Management subsidiary injected 2 million euros into IDnow during a fundraising campaign carried out by the German company.
