lymo-fr-1Created in 2013 in Toulouse, lymo.fr has developed a crowdfunding platform specializing in real estate investment for individuals. With a minimum ticket of 1,000 euros, they can expect returns of up to 10% per year. Lymo.fr, which has a community of over 12,000 members, has raised nearly 4.6 million since its creation. Of the 16 projects that have been funded via the platform, 5 have been fully reimbursed to date, with a yield ranging from 6.1% to 10% per year for investors following the projects.

At the origin of the project, we find a team of four real estate specialists: Gilles Roucher, Damien Truchard, and Jean-Charles Taylor, experts in real estate development and Jean-Baptiste Vayleux, specialized in commercial real estate. Note that Lymo.fr is part of the Lymo group, which has a property development activity. In 2015, the company welcomed the Bouygues Immobilier group to its capital.
