5 big trends to watch

  • Video and its evolutions, such as livestream or 360 – videos for example, to broadcast engaging content for customers (80% of web content should be made up of videos by 2019)

  • No more collaboration of brands with their influencers, today essential levers of notoriety for a brand (75% of industry professionals believe that marketing based on a brand’s influencers can generate additional revenue)

  • Social commerce, a real revolution in the purchasing process (it is estimated that 30 billion dollars in revenue will come from social commerce in 2015)

  • From listening on social networks to social intelligence (Listening to a brand and its active presence on social networks is important for 78% of customers, yet alone 17% of them believe that brands really listen to their customers)

  • A cross-device approach to consumer behavior (90% of them start an activity on one device and end it on another)
