1 million euros more for Lille residents of Critizr and their online complaints platform

by bold-lichterman

The Lille start-up Critizr, which is developing a platform that allows customers of an establishment (bar, restaurant, hotel, etc.) to file their complaints online, has just raised 1 million euros from CapHorn Invest. This operation comes after a round of funding of 2.5 million euros in December 2015.

Based at Euratechnologies, the company founded in 2012 by Nicolas Hammer and Thibaut Carlier is paid in B2B by offering a special offer for brands who wish to install a device on their web pages or on social networks.

“This simple and efficient listening system enables subscriber brands to redefine the customer relationship and increase their performance. The benefits are numerous: improved knowledge of the customer’s needs and their experience, increased point-of-sale traffic, optimization of the network’s commercial efficiency, etc. ”, explains the company.
